Jill Chambers likes to distort the facts about Chris Huttman's professional career. She's said the following about him:

Chris Huttman's only stated employment has been working on political campaigns or political parties [sic].

Here's the truth: Like many people in District 81, Chris Huttman has had a variety of jobs in his field. While attending Georgia State University, he became interested in politics during and after the 2000 Presidential election. In 2002, he completed an internship working in the Georgia State Senate. In 2003, he returned to the Georgia House as a committee aide.

After graduating from college, he worked as a research analyst for the Georgia Democratic Party. In that role, he helped to formulate policy for the Georgia House Democratic Caucus. After a stint at the party, he is now employed as an IT Manager at LUC Media in Marietta, a position he's held since 2007.
